Oh yoga. I’m deeply in love with you.

While I was talking with my sister on the phone the other day, she complained how her work takes her time off away.

It means that she don’t have a chance to exercise. We were talking about how she gained some weight for the past few weeks.

Her job is stressful at this time and requires a lot of work until the project is done. All she eats is junk food.

You already know how that goes.

She wished if there are some exercises she can do before sleep in her bed.

Luckily for her, I’m her sister, and I’m so into these exercises that I can handle any situation.

I shared these amazing yoga poses with her. She was so grateful that I found something for her that could help her lose the gained weight and stay in shape.

Remember to do these poses for at least 30 seconds. If the exercise requires left side and right side stretch, than do them for 30 seconds each.
